Go with your first idea of having them as X-mas gifts.
Although displaying a high degree of craftsmanship, these are oibviously useless --- but would add alot to home decor. You wouldn't want to keep more than one yourself for over the mantlepiece. discussion post on Thu, November 5, 2009 - 1:14 PM

Backfire and flashback caused by improper operating pressures can blow back soot, particles, dust, clear to the regulators. Clean this soot out.
