Try not to worry about what others think about you and be true to yourself. Act independent and set an example. Get a lot of rest...take naps, sleep and dream often. Eat healthy with thanks and grace. Volunteer. Kiss a queer. Smile at your best friends bad jokes. They smile at yours. Love your enemies...because we are all family in the end. Be conscience. Be here and now. Never say I hate you. Try saying I don't like you instead. It sounds less dramatic. Love yourself and what you represent. Avoid an excess of pain and unhappiness. Have compassion for others in pain and sadness. Learn from your mistakes. Notice your wisdom, growth and accomplishments. We can't always be perfect. Evolution is a process. Believe in infinity. Ask why and trust your intuition. Enjoy chemistry and sexuality. Respect kharma and the cycle of life. Try not to hurt the ones you love, enjoy your time together and don't take anyone for granted. We all have expiration dates. Procreate, meditate, embrace your demons, and never say never.
