Ok, so I'm putting a solo dance together for Raqs in Wrexham. Its going quite well, I'm excited about how it will be received. I'm using "the Pahroah in Barcelona", which is quite spanishy, its good fun.

Just goes to show you should try an take every opportunity which comes your way! Sian x

Probably a bit (very) manic, but full of creative vibe's, colourful music, and vibrant costumes. For sure its an idealistic view, but hey it beats reams of part numbers! I think to myself "I'll take my MP3 to work and escape, just for an hour or so". It never happens. Yet, tonight I'm here listening to the best... read more

But ther nerves! I even gtot nervous dancing infront of some firends! hmmm what to do. I'm trying to keep the thought in my head "dance like no ones watching!", and I keep looking at the floor. I'm sure I'll get there in the end!
