Hey guys.
Trying to get a book written, but can't seem to find the time. Too busy sewing, singing, and taking care of myself. I have a slight disability. You wou'dn't know it to look at me most of the time. I've figured out some remedies and this is what my book is about. It's gastro related, so I'm allways figuring out new recipes that work. They will be in my book.
