Just read Michael's blog people.tribe.net/allthepickles/blog and I have to say I agree with him, I have signed up to Ning and Michael's new network he has there and I'm leaving Tribe. Sarah also makes good points and so as not to go over old ground read for yoursel people.tribe.net/sarah_inc/blog

Personally I come on Tribe for fun and the donuts aren't fun. If you ask Michael to create your Tribe, or a Tribe you enjoy over at Ning he will do it for you and appoint the correct Mod. More job news!

Well I went into the office for the first time today and got to meet everyone and was told my first assignment, I'm really excited about it but sadly it measn I won't be able to take my trip to America in September, I'll have to put it off to a later date because I'm going to China for two months. I'm really happy about it and can't wait to get started, I leave in a week!

New Job!

Well guys I have a new job back in journalism and I'm really pleased with it! I've not spoken about it much because I didn't want to jinx it :)

Thing is I used to write fluff articles on culture and celebrities and I didn't enjoy it at all, I thought I did but I didn't have any job satisfaction from it. Earlier this year I was sent to Iraq and have never been so scared in my life, I had also never felt so alive. I applied for a job as an overseas correspondent, I wanted to get back out in the world and do some properly journalism like I was trained to do. I had a phone call this morning telling me I got the job :)

Sadly this means I won't have so much time for Tribe, when I logged on today I had five membership request waiting to join the PEOOF Tribe so I randomly picked a new Moderator, I bet she doesn't even notice for a while ;)
