</a>
										<div>I just received a gorgeous custom Hallah Moustafa. It's what I ordered design wise but is unfortunately not the right size. (snif, snif). Don't let the picture fool you....I'm holding the costume together in back with my hand ;)

It has tons of crystals and hanging hand woven beads (all the gold strands are hand beaded), with attached boy shorts and an exquisite black lace. Feels like a ballgown. Sexy yet elegant.

This is brand new and never been worn and needs a great bod to wear it. There is a waist strap attachment that can either fit around the hip (front to back of skirt...shown) or connect the skirt to the bra. The middle section between the bra cups can easily be shortened to bring the cups closer together if desired. Comes with veil.

Bra: 34" underbust/C cup (can fit D); can stretch to 38"
Skirt Length: 40" (easy to hem)
Upper Hip: 34" unstretched; accomodates 38"
Lower hip: 38" unstretched; accomodates up to 40/41""

Price $850 (includes shipping).....obo......

instructed throughout the world and has an innate ability to weave
the subtle nuances and textures of oriental music into movement. Her
ingenious teaching skills draw upon her multi-faceted 35-year career
as an artist and her 15 years as a registered practitioner and
instructor of message/manual therapy. She skillfully applies her
extensive knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology to create thorough,
clear and disciplined breakdowns of all techniques. Her understanding
of the peoples and cultures of the Middle East is reflected in her
attentive application to oriental rhythms and encouragement of
artistic expression. She has a fullness and depth to her teaching
that embodies her deep love and respect for our art form as it
challenges, inspires and accommodates all levels of students - novice

I teared up like a proud mama with each performance.

Congratulations to Danielle, Saraya, Rebecca, Noura, Lisa, Zaheera, Mellilah! I am so proud of each of you :) :)

    </a>
										<div>Just got back from Belly Dancer USA in Southern Oregon ( www.bellydancerusa.com), and took home the title! I am now officially 2007 Belly Dancer USA. This was a huge competition and there was so much talent on stage. I'm especially proud of Mellilah. We've been working together for some time now and seeing her grow as a performer has been fantastic. She rocked her performance! There were competitors from all over the US including Hawaii, Chicago and Miami. There was even a dancer from Korea – she was so beautiful and vibrant. It was so great to see such a variety of talent. It was an honor to share the stage with everyone.

Each title holder gets featured in the dance magazine, Jareeda, which is a huge honor as well. Not sure when the article will be out so will keep you posted.

Thank you all in your support and friendship. It means the world to me. :)

By Dancers for Dancers DVD:
What an incredible experience! The "By Dancers for Dancers" live performance and DVD shoot was last weekend and so much fun! Michelle Joyce, the producer of the DVD, was so professional and each performer brought something unique to the stage. This is going to be an incredible DVD. Performers included Michelle, Sandra, Ahava, Sa'diyya, Shoshanna, Zaheea and tons more. 13 total performances. Michelle has put together You Tube clips of each dancer and the DVD will be out hopefully within the next month or so. Will update that on my website shortly.

A long time coming, my website is revamped and live!!! Check it out and tell me what you think..... www.nadira.com

Designed the overall concept and Michelle Joyce made it all live. She absolutely rocked it and took the site to a whole new level. Much more than I could have ever imagined. Thank you Michelle!!

Also, the IAMED DVD is out, Bellydance-O-Rama 2. Yeah!!! Will post a video clip soon. It was a huge honor to be a part of this DVD, both as a soloist and w/the dance group I perform with: Fleurs d'Egypte (www.arabicbeat.com). It has been so fun being part of this dance group. Six professional soloists, each bringing a unique flare and strength to the group.

Will be filming for the second "By Dancers for Dancers" DVD in June. This is a great new collaborative project created by dancers. It started with Bay Area dancers and has grown into a fabulous project. More info here: http://www.arabicdance.net/ticketsales.htm </div>

<div>Been tagged, so here are 8 things you may not know about me:

1) I’m an original cowgirl born and raised in Arizona. Used to race Arabians and Stallions.

2) I’ve bungee jumped (with a sprained ankle) and parachuted. Like parachuting better.

3) Alison Arngrim (Nasty Nellie from Little House on the Prairie) has stayed in my mother’s home and we hung out for the weekend. She’s a very funny woman.

4) I almost died during birth. Kept flipping over and my heart rate dropped, so they had to knock my mom out and pull me out. My mom calls me her miracle baby.

5) I’m a Taurus through and through (text book Taurus).

6) Wall Mart ‘scares’ me. Too much crazy pandemonium.

7) I’ve seen spirits.

8) I believe everything happens for a reason and people are in your life for a reason, regardless of how short or long a period of time you cross paths.

    </a>
										<div>Just got back from Bellydancer of the Year, and took home the title! This is such a great competition and there was so much talent on stage. Michelle Joyce and Sandra of N CA were absolutely amazing! Didn't get to see all the performers, but did catch bits of Ahava and Namira....amazing and so beautiful! It was an honor to share the stage with everyone.

Post competition, there is a dinner show every year at El Morocco in Pleasant Hill. Fadil (the owner) was a gracious host and his restaurant has such a great vibe. Danced a great set with Pangia, but unfortunately had to bail right after my set due to a nasty migraine (which affectionately became known as the 'migraine performance'...thank you Naiya). Thank you all in your support and friendship. :) :)
