This past storm seemed to both preempt and embody so many feelings that were spiraling ad vortexing inside my heart and mind...I woke up on saturday morning feeling like the storm itself, raging inside with chaotic, uncotrollable grief...I could feel it all brewing and starting to pour out of me and I really lost it for a little while...but as usual I had amazing family to help me to look at what was happening and embrace and love what was going on. I'm out in Buffalo, NY with Bill's family and friends...it's been a hard trip but I came in to open, accepting, loving arms. Today is his wake (from 4-8 here I'll be unreachable) and his parents requested I put on his favorite music because, as they said, "Bill wasn't some old lady who liked violins and sad music."
