THE POSSIBILITY OF LOVE
The world is an ocean of possibility. Relationships deepen and alter. As we move beyond our accusomed depth, new attitudes and shells are required. It is like learning to swim. The water will support us if we learn to allow it. So too, in relationships, we must develop the faith necessary to float as well as to strive. Just as a swimmer must learn to trust the waters that hold him, we must learn to trust that the relationship can support the wieght of our personality. Rather than constant effort we must relax and allow ourselves to trust the subtle energies of love. All relationships require vulnerability. As I learn to open to this fact, I soften into flexible strength.

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
Love requires generocity. Love requires daring and expansion. Above all, love requires a dance of differing distances. There is both the "pas de deux" and the time for solo flight. The dance of love contains both turns. While cherishing our shared time together, I freely release my beloveds to pursue a seaperate path if that is thier destiny. Love connects despite distance. I hold my beloveds tenderly in my heart. trusting that the distance that seaperates us also brings us closer together, gifting us with a stronger appreciation of our unique bond. Freedom is a requirement of real love. I honor my beloveds with the gift of freedom.
