yuc house needs a roommate

We're looking for a new roommate. Our beautiful apartment located in Williamsburg (between Lorimer and Union) with in walking distance of the L, and G train. We are also walking distance of all amenities; grocery, cafes, bars, restaurants, parks, etc. We have laundry machines in building. We also have two living rooms, two floors, a large kitchen, wood floors, plenty of windows, and a huge back yard complete with lounge area, The building has a super that maintains it. The room that is available is a large front room with great sunlight ready for you to live in. The rent is $787 per month. There are 3 guys and 1 gal and 2 sweet dogs that already live there, yes are place is huge!
