i dont really know what im doing yet... but at least i can say that im here!
i just re.discovered a song that filled me with absolute and utter delight.
je ne veux pas travailler by Pink Martini has got to be one of those songs that makes it absolutely impossible for someone to be in a bad mood after listening. its just.. SO fun.
unless im just crazy...
which i am want to be at times...

so yeah... theres a story behind why i love that song so much... and it takes place in temple bar, in dublin, in ireland. I was attending the Gaiety School of Acting and we were on lunch break, and a group of us were just sitting out on the steps of temple bar square. out of nowhere one of the shops nearby starts playing music, and the song "je ne veux pas travailler" comes on. i listen for a little bit, and then i start dancing a little bit, and then nolan takes my lead and the two of us just dance in the middle of a very busy temple bar. so... after the song ends, we get a smattering of applause from passersby and a torrent of laughter from our friends. the thing is... we never knew the name of the song or who it was by... but now i do!
::sigh:: i miss ireland...

annnyway... thats my random story for the day.
