Hello all, I am off to Cairo Egypt for the very first time! I am so excited I can hardly stand it! I leave this Sunday, June 24th! Best believe I will be posting tons of Egypt pictures and lots of cool stuff!( including beautimous costumes)

Hello, well with tons of stretching, pilates, and physical therapy I am able to incorporate dance back into my life! FINALLY!!!! There was one point where I thought I would have to give it up completly - how devastating!

I am very sad today! Well another day has gone by with me not dancing. It is so hard NOT to dance. But I am doing it so in the long run I will be a healthlier, long-lasting dancer. My acute bursitis in my hip has not gotten the best of me!!!! Anyway, I am a continued fan of the dance and will always support my girls!
