I once had a 'aaarrgghH! I'm in too many tribes' moment (this was a few years ago) and resigned from a bunch of them. It's been a hassle finding some of them again.
What I found works better is to create a 'my frequent tribes module' on my homepage (homepage being the one you see when you click 'home', not the profile others see), so I only look at new posts in those tribes when I'm busy, and don't have to deal with the alphabetical mess of 'too many other tribes'. it only took me about 4 years of being on Tribe to figure out that I can have more than one 'my tribes' module. So now I have a health tribes module, a regional/local module, a sexuality tribes module, a food tribes module, etc, etc.
To add more of these modules, get there by clicking 'customize my homepage' at the top of your home page. |
