It started more like a challenge of a friend! and I never thougth what I was about to discovered! one month eating raw!!!! It is not that difficult! I won`t say I suffered for any food crave! (only twice for a taco jajaja, wich I never normally eat and pop corn on the movie theather!) I supose it was the moment for me to do so! and it just came on a form of a game actually it has been fun! fruits and veggies speak to me at the market jajaja they are so brigth and alive! and I`m feeling so fresh (like a carrot) so light and calm and my eyes are clearer and colors are shining to me and so many great sensations!! my body feels great! and the most amazing thing happen the unique and only raw food restaurant on my country its open a month ago!!! next to my job isn`t that incredible? well... you may not understand... I live in Costa Rica and eaten raw it`s very rare. "Organic Oasis" at Escazú and the food is just great! so I want to tanks Severine for opening this restaurant and Rodrigo Crespo for writting his book "Comiendo pura vida" now that the month it`s allmost over I don`t really think I want to eat cooked!
