<div>i have been meaning to start biking to work, i have been gaining weight as a new mommie vs losing.

my mom i s here, so i dont have to take the little one to day care... and i saw SP riding his bike home the other day. That was motivating.

So i have finally started, but not in a way i would recommend to any patients. i did not train, i did not start a little at a time. I hopped on my bike this morning, running late, and pedaled my little heart out for the 45 minutes it took me to make it to work. I did the same on my way home.

I was already sore before setting back home on the bike in the afternoon, so tomorrow will be peachy. I have managed to flare up my achilles tendonitis, and am saddle sore. I was having a hard time dealing with the seat on the way home.

I had hoped to go tomorrow, but will be smart and rest a day to reduce the inflamation a litle, dose up hard on NSAIDs, and may get some steroidals on board too.

hopefully Friday i will be able to go again.

i can't believe it took me 45 minutes. I thought it would be closer to 20... i was proud of myself for not stopping on any of the hills. 2 times i thought the burn was too much and i would have to stop (i'm going to die, my fitness it not worth this pain), but then i started telling myself, "this is nothing, i have been through 36 hours of labor, i can keep peddaling, this is not really pain."

it was really cool, i went from misery to confident.

i was a sight when i got to work though, all blotchy and sweating profusely for the next 20 minutes.

must remember to stretch out next time. Rushed to get to where i was going to take care of poo, and forgot to stretch when i was done...

ooh

some sort of exciting news for me too.

I started doing a new kind of care this last week. Manual lymph drainage. You take someone who has a pathologically swollen extremity, and do this special hocus pocus massage, and specail hocus pocus wrapping, and magically they go from looking deformed and misshapen to normal shaped extremities...

anyway that is what is supposed to happen. I got this patient that has lost over 12 cm in circumference in her ankle in a week. It blew my mind how well all the hocus pocus worked. I did not expect such a huge change so quickly, neither did the client, or her Dr. He requested my name and number, so he can send me his cancer patients with lymphedema.

It is totally cool and totally scary. I have done one patient. Did not do before and after pics, but will from now on. DId not do as good of measurements as i should have either, but will do better on that in the future too. btu we now the changes are huge. The leg we are treating is already smaller than her normal leg and she has lost like 15 lbs. It is just crazy.

Hopefully i have not peaked.

<div>Miss Sophia is so fun to watch.

She did her first signs today,2 weeks short of her 1st bday. It was with her babysitter.. but mommy got to see it too.

She has had words for about a month, and her vocabulary is building slowly..
numy num, means "i'm hungry-- good food"
kiki --kitty
mow--meow
dah--dog
raah- roar
mumu- mommy
dada-daddy
mah-more
nana-no

i thought we were going to have no signing at all, but i kept on,

today she asked for "more food" Right now she is about to explode, she is eating so many raspberries.
we think we might have seen "milk" and "all done" too the other day, but they were not repeated.

It is so fun to watch</div>

    </a>
<div>had to take the boy kitty to the vet today. He had a swollen sore tale yesterday night, did not eat last night, was short of shaky on his legs..

The ER vet says he looks good, a very healthy lovely specimin, too regal for fighting she said, lol.

He is on antibiotics and has a shaved spot on his tail, easier grooming now i guess.'

I am in trouble because i am the culprit who lets the cats out.

I know that cats who are indoor cats live longer healthier lives. I know that he could get hit by a car, get in a fight, get an infection, all bad things. He just looks so sad when i don't let him out. He really does pout. He paws on door knob, he paws on the dead bolt, then he paws at me.

The neighbor cats come and taunt them during the day and night. They spray our front step, our bushes, and the back step. They shadow box threw the windows at night, hissing, mewing, and tearing up the curtains and blinds.

He wants to defend his home lands. He wants to jump on bugs, he wants to stalk birds... He and his sister have never caught or killed anything bigger than a yellow jacket.

I know i should not let him out. He just seems so happy outside.

It was only a $75 vet bill....

i am so weak.

my hubby is so mad at me. </div>

    </a>
<div>It was so clear, so clear, simple, and perfect. The answer to my problems, the answer to everyone’s problems. Think it, do it. My life will be more clear, more productive, with direction and purpose, if I can only remember in the morning, what my attempts at positive tantric meditation brought me tonight. Say the first 2 lines over and over.

Must memorize before falling back to sleep.

What was it again??

Hmm, it is foggy…

What is it that is stressing you?

What are the positive steps that you can take to address the situation to reduce your anxiety?

It works, but it does not seem to be as simple and beautiful now. It does not seem quite as enlightening as it did at 10pm, and 2 am. Need to write down the rest of the thought process before it is all lost.

Maybe I missed something.

What will you do about the things you can not change?

When will you do what you need to do?

What specifically are you doing to do to make sure you follow through?

Still, not earth shattering, but could be helpful.

What is it that is stressing you? Take these one at a time

What are the positive steps that you can take to address the situation to reduce your anxiety?

It is close, but I still feel like I am missing something, it seems almost hollow. I like it though, need to keep it closely attainable in the front of my brain, and the back as well where the worries lie.

What is it that is stressing you?

What are the positive steps that you can take to address the situation to reduce your anxiety?

( don't ask me to define tantric, if noone else can, i can't be held responsible for using the word correctly)</div>

Math Chart--- Help

<div>Once upon a time i had easy access to soft ware for plotting charts, can't seem to find anything on my computer.

Our Daughter wanted to collect data about the heart rate of different animals at rest. She has a good data set, and she made a great chart with drawings she did herself. It looks great. i am being a control freak and wanted to add a graph showing the best fit line and the slope of the line. To give her a little bit of data that says, per her measurements as your wieght increases by x your heart rate reduces by y.

I am asking if anyone out there has quick and easy access to plotting software, and if they would not mind plugging in our data set. i remember it as being quick and easy, if i am wrong, tell me i am nuts and to take a flying something or another.

Our chart has Weight in pounds on the vertical axis (going up and down) and beats per minute (BPM) along the vertical axis (along the bottom ( i say that in case i am screwing something up in my little dyslexic overthinking brain)

Horse 128 lbs 48 bpm
Man 220 lbs 52 bpm
Woman 190 lbs 72 bpm
Zoe 116 lbs 88 bpm
Dog 66 lbs 88bpm
Baby 20 lbs 140 bpm
Cat 16 lbs 172 bpm
Chinchilla 1 lb 202 bpm

This would be a totaly cool favor.

If it could be sent as a jpg file that would be great.

OK... sending this out to the tribe universe.

... i am still looking for my stats book

    </a>
<div>it always starts out bad, when i leave home.

i always feel guilty. there are a thousand things undone, and i feel horribly guilty. I feel like i don't deserve a rest or a break, let alone a vacation. i beleive that i am not alone here....

anwyay lots of words came to my mind this trip as we were moving. it was sort of interesting.

we left on one of those late night flights.

mortified-in the hours before the flight, the baby is inconsolable. She is taking antibiotics, antiyeasts, pain meds, and hates it all. I am so afraid of how she will behave on the flight. Will we be every flying persons worst nightmare? How much pain will she be in was we are ascending and descending? Will she ever even calm donw enough for me to pack???

disbelief- when my sweet baby girl is perfect on the flights. She is sweet and smiley, and perfectly sleepy.

wonder- what i felt watching the ladning gear in the twin engine prop we were in as we were about to land in Seattle. I was imagining how massive this spring must be all coiled up inside the landing gear. And by golly. who invented springs, did they start on a massive scale, or tiny like in those clicky pens.. I was wondering about all sorts of springy things. I did realize however that the landing gear was more likely a hydraulic system. It did not stop me from being impressed as i watched the touch down and imagined the massive spring compression.

beauty- the moon reflected in the river, lakes, ponds, and other pools of water as the sun was rising and we were landing. it was really also amazing. it is sort of funny. in those moments i seem to somehow imagine that i am the only one seeing the beauty, and the rest of the world is quiet and calm, like there has been a little hiccup in time and space for me to take in the moment.

renewing- i hate cliches, but damnit, when i saw the crocuses blooming, the green grass, the daphnia, the daffodils and daisies: i could almost cry. It was so much what i needed to see. The green and the new, the clean and crisp...

dismal nitch- i saw the exit sign. it does exist on the lewis and clark trail, just a few miles before cape disappointment. oh how the mind can wonder and tell a thousand different stories for that one

amorphous- my husbands experience of time,

cool-my brother lives on a hill over the north bend of the Bay, there are 2 bridges and a few bouyies. Something out there in the bay has a bell that clangs. It clangs in the morning in the mist, it clangs at all hours of the night. It clangs furing the day. You can't hear it in the house, but you can as soon as you step outside. It is about every10 seconds. The sound seems ancient. In the mist you could imagine the same sound being rung out a few centuries earlier. It seems so inaproprriate and out of place in the world of i-phones.

awesome-driving north on 101, their are winding curves on basicly cliffs over the ocean. this is nothing new to me, this is my backyard. What was so impressive, were the sets of waves rolling in. You could see the power and symmetry. Words are really failing me. I can come up with many, but they sound so labored and lame. We will just say- rising, marching, rolling, smashing, spraying, ... yum. it was really breathtaking, and gone again in a second as we rounded a corner.

another cool- the design of the midsupport structure of a tram that takes people from near the water in downtown portland, to the top of the hill, the OHSU medical campus. I dont know how long the tram is, easily a mile long i think... But the mid supoprt is made out of this really cool geometric base. it is two elongated ipsilateral triangles, thier apex's barely overlapping at a not quite centered mid-point. The skyward base has a weird accessory. It looks like a bubble font semi-colon, that makes the top look alnost like a top hat to me.

i am being bidden to bed. the rest of the travel blog will come later.

<div>We have been in Oregon, travel blog to come... but was there on a continuing ed course.

I learned of a new diagnosis that i had not heard of before. It is not a new disease, just not very well diagnosed and treated, which is really sad.

http://www.tillysmidt.nl/LIPEDEMA%20%20Englisch%20for%20Lipoedeem.htm

or more http://biglegwoman.blogspot.com/2006/12/this-image-comes-from-seller-of.html

This condition is identified in women who have thin toro's, faces, and feet, and large hips and legs. It is due to excessive deposition of fat cells in the legs. The fat cells are not nice, and they swell excessively. Large protein deposits hold water. It can lead to other medical conditions, lymphodema, DVT's, cellulits, and also lots of torment. Diet and exercise can never change this fat deposition. Exercise can reduce the side-effects. Many women end up obese, secondary to frustration to their lack of control of their body.

I am excited, sad, and frustrated. I have a few friends that i know have this condition, a few patients as well.

If a person is interested in a lifetime of compression therapy it can be corrected (5-7 days per week of specialized massage and bandaging for 3-4 weeks, and then relatively constant compression when upright). Some people have had success with liposuction, but it is not consistant. A lot of people require plastic surgery after treatment to remove the excess skin.

PS there are lots of health benefits to having a pear shaped body. Less heart disease, less metabolic disease, reduced severity of any disease they might acquire, longer life span.... etc etc. thought i would throw in some bonus good notes here.

Anyway, that is a large part of what my course was about. Pass it on to anyone you think needs this information.

<div>i dont like people

we really are just f--ing it all up.

http://www.theworldlink.com/articles/2008/02/19/public_records/police_reports/doc47bb23864b6ec839549969.txt

we propogate hate and stupidity

this is the second time this week i have learned that children in my family have been victims of this sort of abuse.

i really hate people sometimes.

i am trying not to hate my sister, who sent my nieces down to live with their father, he has a warrant out for his arrest on the same charges as his wife, mrs huffman.

i helped raise them before moving up. i wanted to bring them with me, and offered to take them on many occasions, as my sister was apparently too busy to bother with them... she decided they needed to get to know their dad, it was his turn.

i keep hearing, "noone could have known this was going to happen."

i have always hated the man. he has a long hx of drug addition, spousal battery... lots of nifty things. i have personally always referred to him as a sociopath and pathological liar. but noone listens to me. i guess they are such strong words, noone takes you seriously, you don't need a psy phd to see what this man is.

there are some things you can take no joy in being right about.

i am up because babies fever is 102 and she fas a stuffy nose, she is miserable and does not want to lie down

this is her 4th dbl ear infection. she is still fightinng thrush and a yeast infection from the last course of antibiotics. i am holding her typing one handed again

this really doesn't matter in the whole scheme of things, but the back yard is flooded and the basement is leaking, and the PT just threw her back out because she has not worked out in 8 months. not smart

powerlessness is a bad feelings

i still don't like people, they suck

Michael has made chile verde, for the super bowl.

we are on the fence about wether we are staying home or going over to a tribe friends with a bunch of other folks.

    </a>
<div>Well it is a pretty crappy picture, this i know. I do not have the patience, skill, or toys to take an appropriate pic of the stupid necklace. It is a special request necklace, that a person has been waiting for from me since November. I made no promises, but they said please, and i said ok. i see them in my office pretty regularly, and i really wanted to feel like i accomplished at least something today.

i finally get a slittle free time and make myself sit down and play with pearls vs blogging (which i have been tending to do when the baby is asleep on me). Raul has the the baby. I get it all the way done.

Coin pearl, silver cube bead, faceted aquamarine, silver cube bead, coin pearl, etc.

when i am all done and putting it in the box, all happy with myself, i realize that one of the more white hued coin pearls was mixed with my more opalescent hued coin pearls. The white one looks better actually, and sticks out like a sore thumb.

i am so frustrated.

i know this is not a productive comment at all, but i am just feeling like "why even bother."</div>

<div>she wakes and is chatting...
i want to keep sleeping, because she hs kept me up a lot of the night.
la-la-la ba-ba-ba la-la
i try to nurse her and she is refusing, not normal.

la-la-la da-da hurl, wretch, gag, wretch, spew, wretch

la-la-la-la

she does not care a bit that she is lieing in a pool of her own vomit, or that i am dripping, litterally, in it is well. She appears to not be the least bit distressed.

mommy has to get up now and change the sheets, change the baby, and well, we all just get in the shower.

that was the beginning of our day. SHe is mostly happy, until she gets hungry. Then i feed her, then she hurls. i am not sure how many changes of clothes she has been through today, and the diarrhea is starting....

and she is still smiling and talking..

but also really frigging demanding. i am tired of being mommy today. good thing she is cute

this appears to be SOP. i am sure it is many times over familiar to all the parents out there</div>

<div>we have been a little broke lateley.
we are ok, but have to pay attention to what we are doing. it is somethign we should be doing all the time, but do not do.

but i swear it is like dieting.
when you know you need to really get yourself under control, that is when the urge to binge can really hit you.

thank the universe for thrift stores.
i have been wanting to get one of those jogging strollers, (like i jog). yes i am a exercise and fitness profesional, but you would not know it by looking at me. when i do exercise it is the very last thing on my list as anything i would like to do, because it is so terribly boring and can be bad for you. Well it is bad for me anyway. I figure the "joggers" are good for walking on trails. Regular strollers do NOT do well on trails .. i am deviating from chosen topic, again.

anyway, i wanted one and have been shopping around. The cheapest i saw a second hand one was 85.00 at once upon a child. I went into salvation army today and everything was 50% off and I picked one up for 12.50. It is in really great shape. THe fabric could use a little cleaning, but the tires still have all the nubbies on them. so cool.

Then we went to Value village, and got a pair of pants for the little girl for .99, an awesome corduroy shirt for the boy, who will love it, for 2.00, and a super cool little toy piano for the wee one. It is so cool, it does not have all 8 notes of the scale (7 original and 1 repeat). It has 1,3,5,8... to those of you who have musical backgrounds. it is so cool. If she bangs on it we get no dissonance. We tend to get happy thirds. It is so cool. It was just 2 bucks too.

    </a>
										<div>i have a plan

i have made this plan, so that i have a reason to prepare for the plan.

my plan is the hike the crow creek pass this summer. I know this is not a real big deal hike. i have done much more difficult hikes in the past that had repelling, climbing, swimming, broken bones, and poison oak involved. it should be a piece a cake, lol.. none of my bones were broken, but it did add to the adventure.

i am in such terrible shape actually, it will likely be hard. in general i am very good at putting one foot in front of the other.Historically, you don't want to get in my way once i get pissed off at a mountain. But lately I get winded with the lightest exercise it seems like. For example the birthday bowling the other night. talk about embarassing.

anyway. has anyone else done it, or other similar hikes. Any suggestions for training trips?

i like the idea of the crow creek trip because you actually go somewhere. I am not big on hikes where you walk somewhere and come back, unless you like go somewhere, camp, climb, do silly things, and then come back. i just hate feeling like i am exercising. i want to feel like i have a mission, something i am going to do or see significant. I want to enjoy the outside.

i am not saying that i am making sense, that is just how i am feeling about it.

sorta like enjoying a good kicking drill. I hate doing situps or crunches, but a good kicking drill where i am getting kicked in the stomache, and i am kicking them back. that does not feel like a workout, it seems like a challenge, and oddly enough sorta fun.

anyway. when i make up my mind on something like this, things tend to happen. we will be making the hike. i hear it is an easy 2 days. I will do some research. How silly would it be to make it 3 days? If they company and food it good, it should not be so bad.

can't do it too many days in the summer though. we have to get out on the boat and play on the islands too.

it all shall be done. and the training will start sooner than later

we went to the H2Oasis water walk tonight. It was not bad. A good work out. really mellow. hardly anyone there. baby had no complaints, and it was cheap and warm.

so regale me with your stories and advice</div>

boring baby blog update. Avert your eyes if you are allergic

<a href="http://people.tribe.net/376051be-b711-4a4f-9f99-f1f0cad08eea/blog/cc5ca864-ecc9-4db2-8653-8939027c94d3"> <img class=" picThumb" src="http://images.tribe.net/tribe/upload/photo/c88/ec3/c88ec37f-f3cb-43b7-b732-4cc4b3ae8686.thumb" width="65" height="48" alt="" />
    </a>
<div>we've got all this milestone stuff happening with the baby, and people keep asking me if i am writing it down, do i have a "baby book"?

i don't. SO i went a bought a little journal, very pretty native totem on leather. I have had it for a few weeks, and still nothing.

my response now to this question is... i have a blog. i have blogged about her royal cuteness, but have not much in the last month or so. work has picked up. working 10 hour days, and i just miss the kid so much. i get home. get to make dinner, eat, feed the baby, sit on my butt and watch the hubby play resident evel 4 until my eyelids drop closed.

anyway, the kids are sledding, the babe is asleep, and i need to get to writing about her current accomplishments.

Last night we took her with us out to dinner at Muldoon Pizzaq, and it was the first time we got to put her in a high chair at a restaurant. I gave her saltines to play with. I am a bad mommy, as you aren't supposed to do that until they are up and walking around.

she started sitting up on her own Christmas eve. That was a wonderful christmas present.

she broke her first tooth almost exactly a month ago on her 6 month birthday. it was her bottom L, and the R came in about 10 days later. She is a pretty good teether. We did no get much of a problem with her and crying, but the teething might have contributed to her ear, sinus, and eye infections.

i did not get my first tooth bite while nursing until last night. when she has ear infectons she does not like to take a bottle, we think that the suction hurts her ears more. SHe is totally refusing a bottle. i have found that she will chew on one and take the liquid that falls out though. She will nurse, i guess it is more about the mechanical action of her mouth than suction. I am not producing enough right now to keep her hydrated though, because i have been working so much, so that is why we keep trying with the bottle.

Anyway, that is why i think i got the bite. SHe was just used to biting, i had just switched over. She got one yip out of me, and looked at me like "what is your major malfunction" and she went back to normal nursing. Hopefully i can get my production up this weekend enough to get her better hydrated.

we just started putting her in her crib this week. she had been in the hammock for the 1st 6 months, or in bed with us. SHe has just gotten so big. She is well within the weight range, but it has gotten hard for me to put her in.

SHe has started sleeping through the night again in the crib. after she got so sick last month she stopped sleeping through the night. It was every 2 hours again, yuck.

She is like theis constant motion baby, which has something to do with the sleeping problem i think. it is nearly impossible to catch her not moving. She is very often sitting rotating her ankles in coordinating circles, her hands too. Another favorite movement is the penquin flap. Like constantly trying to make a snow angel in the air. I though she kust liked to hit us in her sleep, but i was checkin on her around 5 am yesteerday, and she was sound asleep throwing her arm in around a 130 degree arc in a slow rhythm, completely asleep.

apparently i sleep on my sides with my arm or elbow straight up in the air. MIchael has caught her doing this too.

we believe we are going to have a very busy girl on our hands.

a few weeks ago she said mama in the perfect context. I had just gotten home from work and picked her up. It was pure coincidence, but it felt really good. She says dada, di di, ma ma, tons of growly, girgly, trilly sounds. Fun squeels and giggles too.
I swear though her first word was gunk, at about 3 months old. Again i realize it was a completely random forming of sounds, but i am still recording it for posterity.

she is not crawling yet, but is rolling well, and pivoting around on her tummy on the floor.

at five months she was playing this totally cool game where we would put the pacifier in our mouth, and she would take it and put it in hers. Then the cutest part is when she would take itout from her mouth and give it back to us.

it is funny, but this month she has just finally gotten her coordination down so that she actually puts the right end of the pacifier in her mouth. Prior, she would just jam any oild part towards her mouth and start gnawing.

i started givnig her finger food last month and sort of got in trouble from the doctor. apparently i am still supposed to be straining her food. I would give her boiled apple slices, pear cubes, and avacado bits. She loves it, but the doctor was not impressed. So we are trying to do better. I still revert to the food bits when i need to cook and noone else is interested in entertaining her.

she is in general still as happy and smiley as ever. We are confident she has had object pemanance for a few months now. she is always looking around the corner for me when i go into the kitchen, and knows where to look for daddy when he is playing hide and seek around the foot of the bed.

her hair will occasiooooooonaly lay down on its own. it is starting to lighten up a little more, but is the cutest shade of red in bright lights. it was starting to get into her eyes, which makes me crazy, so i trimmed her bangs a little and her daddy was a little upset with me.

we have discovered a new cheap toy. One of my patients turned me onto top ramen packages. I guess they eventaully breakm but our first one is almost a week old now and she is still having a great time banging it around and crinkling it up.

yes, everything does go into the mouth.

her eyes are still a pretty blue berry blue, but have lost a little of the violet quality they had for awhile.

she is transfering objects frm one hand to another....

i am trying to think of the milestones..

she is finally enjoying bouncing toys. she has been a good stander for quite awhile, but had not really bounced in any of the toys at day care until recently

in clothes that have feet she is wearing 12 months. in onesies she can still wear the 9 months.

she has finally started filling out. She has s round tummy, and you can't see all her ribs and her tummy muscles. Her face is now round like a babies face also. i sort of miss her cute narrow face though.

she likes to play tongue games. the whole sticking out of the tongue and everything. Her tongue moves like the rest of her though, It just does not come out, but she is doing all sorts of complicated wiggles and constrictions, it is very cute. a fun game we have is sticking out our tongues at each other in the mirror.

did i mention she is off the schart in fine motor skills?. She is closer to normal in gross motor.

It was funny, at our 6 month check up the doc says she is going to have to get a measurement of mine and her daddy's heads, as her head is 20% bigger than the rest of her body.

i am currently messing with her mind. i took apart the stander portion of her stacking game. It is normally one piece, and now it is two. SHe is tasting them to see if they taste any different as 2 pieces.

uck, she has rattley breathing right now. that bothers the mama.

i think i have emptied my brain of most of the relevent effluvia. i think i will try to nurse her again for a little bit and try to get the little toad better hydrated.

may have to edit later for stuff i have forgotten.

hopefully i will get this stuff printed out someday so Sophia can have soe sort of record. I think kids like to look back and read this stuff about themselves.

one last thing i would have to say to her is that i am really glad she is hear. Little baby girls give their mommies lots and lots of happy drugs. they also make them cry a lot too, for no apparent reason. what can you do?

    </a>
<div>so tonight we are getting out the presents that i wrapped up 3 weeks ago.

i decided to make a code while wrapping, so that if the kids found them, that they could not tell whose was whose, and not know what to open.

the problem was that i forgot the code. i did share it with my partner, but he did not remember either. He assumed i had written it down, ha. Then i did not even stick to my code, or remember to write something at all on some packages..

was able to figure out a few by feel and process of elimination. but had to open up a few also. i had forgotten a few of the things already. My hubby was kind enough to sharpen up a knife for me to delicately slice the tape.

i was amused at myself for forgetting, and sort of enjoyed it all. just like christmas early, getting suprised by what was inside.

i am thankful my partner was not annoyed with my scattered nature. He just giggled with me about the whole thing.

now he can't find one of the presents he bought.

makes me feel a little bit better. </div>

    </a>
										<div>

i went and put my cellphone through the wash

the card and the battery survived
luckily i had the insurance and only had to pay 50 bucks for a replacement. I went and played around with my sim card (had it in a temp phone, then put it into the "new" phone, and then it decided to forget everything that i had in it.

did i mention my husband is more lame?

i can't get numbers from my hubby, as he has lost his phone as well. i went and made a laundry list of calls to people that his phone called after he lost it to find his phone (for him) and he has yet to retrieve it, leaving it passively up to the already lame people that have the phone to get it back to him. It has been over a month now

( a little jab it him to get the phone back so i can get ahold of him at work etc )

in other words i have no-ones phone number.
if i had your number, can you please send me a private message and give it to me again.

thank you

defiled the flag

    </a>
<div>does anyone else get the paper?

today adn went patriotic, our paper was wrapped in the american flag, well one side of it was the american flag, the other side was adds for pimping up your four wheel drive the alaska way. (no, this is not the defiling i am referring to)

what could i use this glossy flag for?

Should i put it up in my window to show my patriotism, should i frame it and put up in the kids room as a cheap decoration? i am cheap.

unfortunately i will not be able to use it for anything creative. Sophia still has diarrhea. Diapers are not in any way a limiting factor for how far the pooh can go. it will run out the legs, soak her clothes from her knee to her shoulder blade somehow, the surface she is lieing on, and somehow my clothes too once i unwittingly pick her up.

Well you have to have someplace safe to put your bay down when they are an oozing biohazard, and the diaper changing pad was in my car.

luckily the paper was still in a mess on the floor, and i was able to unfold the large glossy paper flag with my foot and it was big enough to do the job, and the glossiness helped prevent the fluidity from soaking through onto the carpet. The flag did not come away unscathed however.

i wonder what the penalty is?

<div>pedialyte is good, but if you are breast feeding, breast milk is easier and recommended

she refused food and formula, she would nurse, but only for a couple minutes at a time. but that is enough. as long as she wets her diaper a tiny bit every 8 hrs, they don't get to worried.

she still has the diarhea, but accepted a little food this morning. i can eat today too.

but today, Daddy has the runs, poor daddy. Mommy is feeling a lot better, but not great. He is going to run off and help out with some house repairs. he has been looking forward to this, while it sounds a little sadistic to me at this point. i think i need to stay home and try to clean the house some. it is a disaster.

complete and total disaster
