no it wasn't perfect....but it was real...
i said what i had to say...and no...you didn't respond.

So today I took an African Drum Class. It was my first time ever playing the djembe and I was excited and nervous all at the same time. We sat in a circle and we learned tone, bass and slap and then went into rythms. We played a lot and at one point all twenty something people became one. It sounded like one drum and I got lost in it. I forgot I was even playing and when we stopped everyone else noticed it too. It was an amazing feeling. I will be going to the Burning Man this August and I am thrilled. It will be my first time attending. I am working on a very large interactive piece and any tips would be great! I am pleased to be a member of tribe and I am looking forward to meeting many wonderful people here!!!
