about me
I am currently learning to speak Irish Gaelic, Italian and French. I seem to have a knack for Italian and French for some unknown reason and am struggling with Gaelic! I'm Irish! I don't get it.
I have a degree in English and am planning on getting a Master's in Creative Writing. I am working on my fourth novel and just had one of my poems published in Writer's Notes Magazine! My goal is to be on the New York Times Bestseller List. I have been writing since I was about nine years old and have won a few minor contests and had a story published while in elementary school, but nothing big. I am an artist and work with oils, watercolor, pencils and such. I used to paint ceramics but became bored with that. I am interested in sculpting and will soon be taking that up. I also want to learn how to make stained glass creations. I dabble in jewelry-making and will most likely get more into that when I begin sculpting. I also want to start a line of T-shirts and clothing designs. I am very rarely bored, as you may have guessed. To see some of my art, go to www.moonhavenarts.org I am an animal rights activist and a proud vegetarian. I do not tolerate animal cruelty or people who do tolerate it. I am currently learning the art of bellydance. I was a member of the SCA for fourteen years and was the first member of House Belshire, but circumstances have recently led me to leave the group. Personality-wise, I can be very mean, but can also be the sweetest, most considerate person you'll ever meet. That depends on the situation and whether or not I like the person. I stand up for myself and what I want, and I don't like settling for anything less than what I know I deserve. I think I have a great sense of humor and often crack myself up. I am really weird and goofy once you get to know me, and you never know what the hell I will come up with next. I don't have a lot of friends and I am perfectly fine with that because I am very picky and the people I do consider friends are remarkable in some way. I prefer to be alone anyway. Speaking of friends: Please do not try to add me to your Friends List if you have no intention of conversing with me and are only interested in adding me to your collection.

Sure, she has four legs and more hair than I do, but she's still a kid to me! I just started working with a no-kill shelter as a grant writer and my new boss told me they had a dog who looked just like mine (my dog came with me to my interview). I looked at the little one, and sure enough, she could be Dot's little sister! When I got back from Arizona and El Paso, I picked the little tyke up to begin her foster care as to free up more room and money for other needy furry kids. She's only ...

You know, Bill, for being one of the most intelligent men on TV, this was really stupid and very crass. The world awaits your apology. I hope Steve Irwin's wife never sees this picture. In other words, ahem, FUCK OFF BILL MAHER.

I was shocked to hear of the death of the Crocodile Hunter. He did tons for wildlife preservation and got kids, and adults, excited about learning about the creatures we share this world with. He was a hero to many and a source of entertainment to most, including himself. The world is a better place for having had him as part of it. Thank you, Steve, for everything you've given us.

I am all moved into my apartment and just have to do the finishing touches now to make it mine. It is really tiny but I am starting to love it. Dot loves it too and has a grand time going up and down the stairs and running around in the grass, getting spooked by the birds she chases! The move was somewhat difficult since I had a cold, but thanks to my cousin, I had a lot of people to help me, though most of them won't be speaking to me for a while because as Evan said, "How can one little...

OK you all, check this out. When Ty and I got a divorce, he volunteered to take on a credit card debt we had. He told the judge to his face that he had planned on getting a card in HIS name and tranfering the balance, since the card we shared was in my name. Well, last month I started getting harassed by a collections agency. Tired of it, I called them back to bitch them out. They informed me that my account had gone into default, damaging my good credit, and that a payment had not been ...
