Just wondered if anyone else was having the same experience as me. Since I have been back from the Hoop Girl training, I notice my body has started to develop aches and pains. Now I'm putting this down to the fact the the body is having withdrawal symptoms as I have not picked the hoop up since Tuesday, although I had a little spin on Thursday.
