I am currently living at San Francisco Zen Center. My main passion is music. I mostly play Tabla at the Drumset. I studied Tabla in Varanasi, India for about a year and have been practicing since 1997. I've also played other percussion in various bands and performance troups. I've been practicing Yoga since the age of 21 and see Zen practice as a continuation of that.
For the past 5 years, I have made a living in San Francisco doing Bodywork, mostly my own mix of various modalities I've studied along the way.
