I think one of my favorite things to eat as a veggie is soup (and pasta too) because its so easy to make and you can throw all kinds of stuff in it. My latest concoction was very tasty.

1) Some leftover cooked wildrice/brown rice mix
2) can of (generic rotel)
3) can of diced tomatos
4) can of black beans
5) can of kidney beans
6) cilantro
7) onions
8) garlic
9) cumin and kalonji seeds
10) soy sauce

cook onions, garlic, cumin and kalonji seeds
add cilantro
add everything else

Great. I had a second job lined up, working security at Dillards. I was supposed to start work last Friday morning, but thanks to photodermatitis and bike school my stupid arms and legs were covered in a blistery rash that left my skin so painful and itchy, I couldn't even stand for anything to be touching them. So I called in as soon as the store opened and told them what happened and that I had to get an emergency appointment with a dermatologist and couldn't come in the first day.

I'm kicking myself. Today I had an opportunity to say something cool, an opportunity that will probably never come again in my lifetime.

Today-tollay uncoached or scripted-someone asked me if I was a kung-fu master. I didn't know this person and I was so thrown by how random the question was that I answered "I'd like to be."

I should have answered, "Yes. Yes, I am a Kung-Fu master."

i'm glad that they finally dropped it. i can't believe it took this long to get rid of it. i just wonder how long its going to take for the effects to hit cities like chicago and similar places.
