Chocolate Peanut Butter cupcakes

Ok, here's the recipe for the goodness:

24 Hershey kisses
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 1/3 C. water
1/3 C. smooth peanut butter
1/3 C. veg oil
3 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
8 Reese peanut butter cups (for garnish)
chocolate butter cream frosting (recipe below)

In the last week out of boredom, I have moved all the furniture in the living room around. All the bedroom furniture.. NOw I am starting to purge stuff. I am going to purge clothing... and other stuff. Like most of my kitchen stuff I feel the need for matching everything. So I am going to get rid of all my plates and dishes in the next month. I want a new set of pots and pans too. OH and I really really want a new set of glasses in my kitchen.
