my general interests brush up on the superficial aspects of who i am and what i like to do, but don't be fooled ; ) i'm just a curious and goofy gal studying life and what role i want to play in it.
i currently work with "at-risk" teens, while, pursing certification as a personal trainer. i am also an artistic and crafty lady. i love blending health, art and social justice to create a powerful path toward personal and community empowerment. other than that, i'm just enjoying the journey i'm on. what are important to me are my connections to family/friends, raw food lifestyle, my connection to a higher power, fitness, my art and changing the world one thought and deed at a time.
