We're here. We've arrived. New house, new jobs, new town. I'm loving living so close to the beach (about a mile) and we're very close to a skate park as well. We've spent so much time outside that the house has been almost neglected. These summer ...

Seaside yoga will be opening up on Sept. 17th. Laura, the owner, is a wonderful teacher and she has a lot of exciting things lined up for the future, including pending workshops with Iyengar teachers from all over California. Also, I'll be teaching a regular spot on Saturdays from 8:30-9:30 am. So if you live nearby or just plan on visiting, come on by!

We've spent so much time outside that the house has been almost neglected. These summer days seem longer and longer and I can't wait for the kids to go back to school. Ah it's that time again. Moving time. It seems like I've moved about every year or so since as far back as I can remember. But this time this move is with the intent to settle. I'm really excited about this one, but of course with it comes added troubles. Financial and otherwise. How will I find another teaching gig in such a competitive community? How will we like our new neighborhood? How will the kids adjust? How are we going to afford this next month of bills and moving expenses?
