I am learning about and opening up my psychic gifts. I was born with gifts that I knew were there and for certain reasons, I 'slammed' them shut and buried them almost 20 years ago. When I was younger, I would have never called myself psychic, but I have started understanding that they are. Growing up, I had to keep my gifts to myself (my parents were very religious and I intuitively knew not to share my gifts with them), so I didn't have anyone to show me how to use them. Now I am around people who are helping me understand and use them. I have always been interested in the mystic and the Craft. A couple of years ago, I got my first books on the Craft and started learning. I have also found out that I have healing energy in my hands and I am being drawn towards energy/crystal healing. I am continuing to learn and grow in my abilities and it excites me. I am feeling whole, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I am also a crafty person. I make jewelry (beaded and wire wrapped stones), I knifty knit tarot and stone 'socks' (bags) and sell these items at my favorite metaphysical store. I also do other crafts such as plastic canvas work, x-stitching, wood painting, and other items. Some of these things I try to sell and I also give alot of it away.

I love music. I like rock (classical and new), celtic and native american. I do listen to some country, but only what plays on my stations.

I was born and raised in Portland, and now live in Vancouver, WA. I have 4 sons (3 of which are grown and out of the house) and 5 grandchildren (4 boys and 1 girl). My 1st son, his wife and their children (Hannah and Johnathan) live in California. My 2nd son, his wife and their 3 sons live in Texas. My 3rd son lives in Northern Washington. My 4th son is 16 and lives at home.

I don't really know what else to say except to say that I am glad a friend told me about tribe.net and I am really excited to learn and interact with people who are like-minded.

Oh, I almost forgot. I collect unicorns and stones/crystals. I also read alot and have quite a collection of books.
