I guess I am officially a yoga instructor!!! I have been teaching for friends and in the training classes but starting this Saturday I have a class at Southern Hills Hospital........Whoo Hooo!!! I am sooooo excited......and a little nervous.

Over 200,000 women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer this year and 40,000 will die from the disease. I am one of the lucky survivors, I don't want my daughters to go through what I had to! I have to raise $2200 to be able to walk, I have set my personal goal a little higher at $3000, that's $1000 for each day! If I can get... read more
