I was in a car wreck that makes even Yoga hard to do. I will workout for a couple of days and end up back on my bed in pain. This is a sad but true fact. Eeeegads....mine was 7 and half planets. I am going ot have to look into what i can do to bring that down, so I feel more like a helper then a distroyer of Mother Earth. It would be fun to see how some you guys do on this. I was kind of amazed.
