Adele began writing poetry at the age of fourteen, and at seventeen became a member of Leigh Writers’ Workshop. She went on to write and illustrate a monthly dream analysis column for Your Future magazine. She was elected Chair for Riverside Writers in 2003, a post she still holds.

She has lived on the Wirral peninsula in Cheshire since the Millennium, where she writes full-time. She shares life with one husband, two dogs, two cats, an assortment of hedgehogs and bats, and a large black toad who lives under the back step.

She is currently writing her third novel, "Bethany Rose", which with "Rowan" and "Tamsin" form a series of Dark Fantasy tales set in Wirral and Liverpool. Her work can be read in three anthologies published by Hadley Rille Books, and in a fourth anthology from Dark Moon Press.
