About 8 years ago I took beginner middle eastern dance lessons with Genya. She was my first instructor. Her love of the dance is reflective in her enthusiastic and energetic method of teaching. I learned so much in her class and I will forever view Genya as the instructor who ignited my passion for middle eastern dance.

Master dancer . . . master instructor . . . beautiful person . . . Genya's been an inspiration to me since I was a "baby dancer" - we're so lucky to have her here in Nanaimo where WE can have her! Miss Genya - you're the BEST!!!!

Genya is a wonderous woman, she is full of dynamite and sass but has a very genuine heart and soul. She is a truly beautiful, fluid, and entertaining dancer who captivates your attention and won't let it go until she's out of the room where then she will dominate your memory.
Vancouver lost a beautiful and talented dancer when she moved away!!
