Easy FAST Cooking

I made spaghetti with 2 fresh tomatoes, partial seasoning pouch, 2 cloves of garlic, some onion, all fresh, some herbs and salt and pepper, a touch of sugar made with a blender-magic bullet- microwave 3 or so mins...all done while boiling the pasta. It serves two. I enjoyed a simple meat free meal, a nice change ...and the garlic really was strong so it spiced it up a bit and cleared the sinuses ").

The color stays fresh because it is not over cooked so don't expect the deep red associated with old school spaghetti. I added butter and goat cheese to the pasta for protein, delicious, fast, serves two and inexpensive.

I used the asian single serving pasta, rice based...called Yu Mein, makes in minutes...sold in single servings but many single servings to a package so make two servings and refridge the rest if just for one person, cook once, eat twice. Very inexpensive, two servings is about what it costs for a one burger meal fast food style.

You can always throw in left over steak or grilled burgers for meat if preferred. Add more tomato and pasta for more people. Try it. Wekiva BT

The Coyote and the Cat...

I think people get confused with Coyote medicine because of the trickster aspect...they think coyote is bad but this is not true, they just work differently than most other totems and tend to be very hard headed...a trait necessary for them to survive. The truth is that the coyote trickster usually tricks itself more often than not. We all have all medicines to some degree, so we all have some aspect of coyote in us, lol. Coyote indeed is a teacher and brings us from folly to wisdom. To fear your inner coyote is to fear yourself and your inner teacher. Coyote is also silly and very brave. Coyote can bring you to your wolf/pathfinder and coyote people are most often the Omegas of the cat or cow teaching I shared almost 2 years ago.

The dark end of the measuring stick is the tail of the cat...this is where the Omegas live, always asking why do these type of things always happen to me? They are working to learn their way toward the head of the cat, toward the alpha. The head of the cat is the alpha and everything in between is our herd mentality, like the shoulders. The herd is our powerhouse, they plow through it all, the herd mentality is our muscle. We cannot have a complete cat without all three...alpha, omega and the herd. The coyote/Omegas must work their way forward by earning their growth...eventually they will find their way to the head of the cat as alpha and meanwhile have learned how to walk amongst the herd gently but firmly. This does not mean that all Omegas will become alphas in this lifetime, for most it can take many lifetimes before alpha status is acheived.

What good is your life, if your soul is self condemned?

I am a spiritual being of light...spiritual, walking the talk is so important. A healthy soul is of utmost importance to me. I do not play games.
I am a spiritual being....living a physical experience...I do not drink. I do not as a rule swear although I do get into my righteous anger, like when Jesus tossed the money lenders out of the temple grounds...note the difference between anger and righteous anger here...I get righteously angry and sometimes swear a little. But not much...and hardly ever...the conditon of my soul is far more important to me than the lifestyle I live or how great I look.

I spent over 20 years cleaning up my personal issues so I could live with myself as a clean soul. I love living this way, better to have a clean soul, than a fancy or even semi-normal lifestyle, what good is the lifstyle if you feel dirty all the time? With a clean soul comes true happiness, I evn feel clean.

How does one go about laying out the prerequisites for friendships regarding ones own belief systems...I just thought it was obvious, I am a spiritual being living a physical experience, please do not take Spirits name in vain around me or you will force me to choose to walk away from you. All I am asking for is respect, I earned it. Thanks.

What about this?

If your cat is getting thinner, it's because they are not allowed to eat anything of their canned cat food but the juice, that and people food, like chicken...and dry food. If you have an old cat, who has dental loss, dry cat food is not easy for them, soak it a bit in water, it helps. Feed them cooked chicken and plenty of it, keep it near you so you can ensure it stays clean and that they can eat whenever they need to.

Not just spiritual warfare, but psychological warfare now.

That is a picture of my cat Mary Lee, she is the fat one of the two...poor little Winkie is so thin, but I get her chicken and all she can eat of it now. Now Gretta III, leave us alone or everything I know about you will be put here and so far I have over 90 views on my site! Just the start! If you cannot get rid of the stalker, stalk them!

The Mysteries-Shamanic Ecstacy-Touching Creator

For me, Shamanic Ecstacy is communicating with Creator, there's no way to not be changed at the cellular level when one is capable of this level of acheivment. It's what everyone seeks to experience.

With our prime directive being expansion, 'go forth and multiply', this Ecstacy then would be the greatest acheivement of all and can only grow in it's greatness and experiences. When that is initially acheived the cellular growth cannot help but take place and we step onto a new stone of experience which is the greatly expected dimensional shift people hope to experience soon. I think that shift is to be on a personal level and then eventually a global level but the global level must wait for the critical mass of Global shamanic ecstacy.

When shamanic exstacy is acheived and we change cellularly as individuals, our inner dimensions change too which is natural.

It feels sometimes I think like we are sitting in the open doorway of pregnant pause while things shift into place for the next step of our Global and personal paths. What an odd feeling.

It's a very deep subject! Being touched by Creator is the ultimate in this existance.

Balance

Balance is what I live and it is what I wish for the world. Who is in a better place than others, I Iike this little exercise to enable others to see things from a more balanced perspective...draw a circle, fill it with dots, which dot is more important? :)

We are all in a position of learning, some of us are further along in some areas than others, while others are perhaps specializing in a particular lesson before they move on to something else. For example, some are better at math than me. But I am better at writing than they are perhaps. :) I find that plain old common sense is the best direction from which to teach. It's clear, who cannot experience common sense personally, such as the dot story I created. :)
