Well I keep exploring who I am and I keep changing like my name does Michael - Boof - Ki Rohn. In the past I've been a meditator, white water kayaker/raft guide, environmentalist, military officer, civil engineer, cross-country skiier, and middle class kid.
Currently I am passionate about Ecstatic Embodiment. That means I seek to actually inhabit and be present in my body in ways that are joyful, honest and celebratory. Sex, Tantra, Yoga, Kundalini Dance and Contact Improv Dance are some of my most favourite activities. I am a sexual healer by profession. Please see www.massagebyki.com to find out more about that. For a long time I’ve been awake to the destruction that humanity is causing to our lovely planet Gaia. I strongly believe that the root of this destruction is the split between the spirit (sacred) and our corporeality (flesh, senses, body). As we are disconnected from our bodies thus we are disconnected from the Earth. As we wage war within ourselves thus we wage war with the Earth. So my life mission is to heal this split between spirit and senses - within myself, my community and globally. That’s what I’m doing. Who I am being is courage, love, compassion, peace and ecstatic joy. And life just keeps getting better and better all the time. I’m committed to a life where I am living what I seek to bring into being right NOW!

My guides have been telling me to stay in my body to be embodied. Feel feet and breath into my pelvic floor. So breathing and walking.
