My Recent Activity

Uttara Ashadha (in Starwheel Sidereal Astrology) Uttara Ashadha is the counterpart to the previous sign and means the "Latter Unsubdued." It also corresponds with stars in the Sagittarius constellation and runs from 26dg 40 Sag (Dhanus) to 10dg Cap (Makara.)
It indicates a tendency to be more i... read more

Re: Jupiter in Scorpio - The Criminal Mind. (in Astrology) Attie,

Are you referring to Sidereal Scorpio? If so you may want to make it a lttle more clear as in a (mostly) tropical tribe this could cause huge confusion. I did some research on people with Stelliae in sidereal Scorp (which is mostly trop... read more

Re: Jupiter in Scorpio - The Criminal Mind. (in Astrology) Kelly Clarkson I never would have thought.
Mariah Carey...always had my suspicions LOL!

My Jupiter in Cancer would put me on the serial killers list too according to some stuff I've read!

Purva Ashada (in Starwheel Sidereal Astrology) Purva Ashada "The Unsubdued" corresponds with stars in the Sagittarius constellation and runs from 13dg 20 to 26dg 40 min of Sag (Dhanus.) It's symbol is a fan.
It's natives tend to be very proud, and refuse to back down in an argument or fight. ... read more

Re: Jupiter in Scorpio - The Criminal Mind. (in Astrology) OK, so here's my theory.

The sample of 18 I looked at included John Wayne Gacy, Jeffrey Dahmer, Ian Brady, Fred West, Ted Bundy, Peter Sutcliffe and David Berkowitz, which included all the serial killers in Astrodatabank I had heard of plus som... read more

Random Ramblings

As many of you are aware, I am a firm believer in the Sidereal Zodiac, which unlike the Tropical version we all know and love is firmly fixed to the stars of the night sky. It’s not that the “regular” zodiac interpretations are wrong. In fact many of the sign meanings which have been acquired over the years through the direct observation of many astute Tropical astrologers are very similar to the ancient sidereal meanings of the equivalent Sidereal signs (subtract roughly one sign to get sid... read more

Three years after moving to the Southern Arizona capital I finally got to go to the city's world famous All Soul's Procession, which has been organized for the last 20 years by non-profit Many Mouths One Stomach. For anyone unfamiliar with the event it is an all-inclusive multi-cultural event inspired by the Mexican "Dia de los Muertos" (Day of the Dead) festival. In some respects it is similar to the Burning Man festival which began several years later. It features many performers and musici... read more

Feeling overwhelmed by details lately? Does your head feel buried in a grainy mass of specifics, making it herd to comprehend the bigger picture?

This Thursday saw Saturn begin its 2-3 year transit of the sign the celestial Virgin. The planetary Grim reaper, bringer of delays and tests was accompanied a day later by a New Moon in Virgo, kickstarting Saturn's 2-3 year transit of Sidereal Virgo. Traditionally the sign of focus on health and service, of concentrating on microscopic details an... read more

The sun was beginning to descend into a low band of cloud as we pulled into the park's western entrance. I had a car full of girls all dressed up and ready for a night of exotic dancing and pounding rhythms. My wife strained to look for her friend by the cancer memorial inside the entrance, where she had arranged to meet her.
"Do you think that's her?"
"It's hard to see behind the yellow girder. Let's just pull into the parking lot and we can take a look then."
A giraffe peeped its head ... read more

I really don't belong here.

It's almost 100 degrees farenheit, near zero humidity, and I'm pushing a throbbing Toro through about an acre of overgrown lawn. As an ecologically minded person (I like to think), this kind of scenario drives me crazy. Here I am in an 'oasis' in the middle of a desert, mowing through an artificially induced wilderness of various grasses and weeds. Don't get me wrong, this work has its merits, and I am well protected from the sun in a wide brimmed hat and a ligh... read more
