Interested in any genital modifications that can enhance my sexuality - I am learning that in that regard less is better. (i.e. - less or no body hair, less penile sensitivity, penis without glans, shorter penis, shorter urethra, smoother pubic). I started out with hair removal years ago, moved to genital piercing with jewelery and during the past couple years genital modification through cutting.
My most favorite modifications in order of preference are my permanent body hair removal, urethral reroute (with blocked urethra) and last but not least - glans liberation! Considering full glans removal, 'below the scrotum' urethral reroute, penis shorting, penis stumping, scrotal reduction. I would like to be rid of my testicles but want to retain testosterone and am not at all interested in "T" replacement.

It can be placed as far back to the point where the urethra turns up to the prostate. However as you get further back from the scrotum the urethra gets thicker because you are getting into the bulbous section. It gets more risky farther back also ...

My experience is that there isn't much pressure in veins. I have sometimes seen a stream of blood come out but with some pressure for a couple minutes it always stopped. The blood that flowed through the severed vein finds a new path over some time.

Well I made the decision to extend my vertical glans split to my vertical behind my glans piercing and in the process sacrifice the piercing. that marks the last of my remaining penile piercings.

The cutting through the last 3/16" over the past week was slow. There was a lot of bleeding and the pain was as if I were cutting directly into the nerve at times. This morning I had success and broke into my piercing freeing my glans halves totally in a new directions (sideways). I can't wait... read more
Had some regrowth (about 3/16 inch) since my last cutting of my vertical glans split so I decided to cut some more. Started yesterday! The regrowth portion cut very easily with very little bleeding.Since I'm not that far away I'm thinking I might cut to my vertical behind the glans piercing. I know that will probably really allow my glans split to open up considerably but I won't have to worry about any regrowth. We'll see what develops!

For the past year and a half I have enjoyed my glans separation considerably. Being able to feel it free to move around from my shaft is the greatest feeling. I and now ready to progress to the next level to allow it to move around even more freely by splitting it vertically. I started last week by clamping a portion of my glans with locking forceps and leaving it clamped for about 8 hours.
