Dearest nomads
to you who have become nationless, rootless, and free.
For man has fought too long for something which he can never own.
Thus we know, the Earth does not belong to mankind, but mankind to the earth.

For we have made dreams come true,
and though reality at times whips us bitter,
Beauty and light emerge through our experience.
For the world has become one sad dream for the all too many
and only few have experienced the possibilities of freedom.

to those of you who rather be on the trail than on the road.
between trees than buildings.
where the stars still show the way.
Where the eyes loose themselves drowned in wonder

to those connected with the animal within
who see life behind the beast’s eyes
thrilled by the horse’s thundering gallop
honored by the dog’s loyalty
entertained by the monkey’s play
seeking to be at the heights were eagles roam.


to those who first trust.
who can give, out of love.
even at the day’s last breath.
even at the face of the cold wind.

to those of you who gaze in awe into the suns farewell.
who sing at the light of the moon.
the riddle of the moment
the warm blood running deep and wild.

to those of you I write in invite of a new path towards the white light.
it can be here or there but if we try and succeed it will radiate us in a new way.

for only the moment will never repeat
for only our will can defeat
the obstacles at our feet.
so arise in you blood's heat.
and get off your seat.

for the sun won't stop to rise,
inviting us to discover what lies within.
