So after a very long break, I have been growing my own Kombucha for over 2 months again, and it seems to be taking longer and longer for it to ferment each new batch. Damn Seattle weather. The first batch I made fermented for 2 weeks and it was like a drop of golden sunshine sliding down my throat. Now even with letting the bottles sit for 3 days before refrigeration I can't get a good fiz......Damn it all!
