Big Changes...

Spring is here and I'm getting ready for the Earth Day Festival and First Farmer's Market of the season, on Saturday, April 26.. I will be making and selling hoops to get more people spinning and to spin a little more cash into my pocket. My mom also arrives for a two-week visit the same day! Yay! She lives in upstate NY so we don't get to see each other but once or sometimes twice a year. This, however, is one of the many things that will be changing in our lives. It's been awhile...Again!

I guess I'm just not one to do this blog as a regular thing...so updates it is. Let's see, the November GYHO group hoop gathering was great! Quite a few people came out and the live music was excellent. The musicians were actually more interested in knowing when the next hooping was - they really enjoyed themselves. GYHO! Sunday, November 23 rd, 3 pm, City Park, Old Bisbee

So if there are any locals (or visitors) out there - Come on out and GET YOUR HOOP ON! I host a Group Hooping event, I bring extra hoops for sharing and usually I provide music, but this will be an extra special GYHO because there will be LIVE MUSIC!!! Trying to Keep up the Connection

Well, it's less than a week before the big feasting day(Thanksgiving) and it's beautiful here. The weather is staying very nice, sunny with a slight breeze - perfect to practice my hooping outdoors (my inside hoop space only leaves room for very controlled hooping). So while my son is enjoying his friend's birthday party in the park - I will be hooping!

It's been awhile...

Time for an update (I guess I never really got into the 'flow' of internet writing, but I'm going to give it another go)...4 months since the last post, lots happened and is happening still. Catch up -- World Hoop Day was a blast! I made and gave away 33 3/4" colorful, stripey kid-size hoops and one of the pics my husband took made the WHD 777 calendar!
