I cooked for 16 years and I think it turned me into an asshole. I stoped cooking profecionaly and became a mechanic. I'm still a bit of an ass but not nearly as bad. Coons will usually not eat all the corn. They like to pull down the stalk, rip open the ear, take a few bites,and repete. if you have a smallish patch of alot of coons they may eat it all. Deer usually get the corn when it is small 2-10 inches tal...

the chickes are laying about 14 eggs a day. worked the garden up a little today to get the dead grass and weeds stired in and breaking down. Ill cut it up good in a few weeks. Potatoes go in feb 15.

the girls havent started laying yet but ant day, not that they will start laying in full force until the days get longer. they are forageing in the yard, I suplement thiswith lay ration and bread I get from the bread store for a few dollars for ha...

Chickens

Got some chickens 6 weeks ago. I have just moved them out of the brooder and into there permanent coop. they are here to provide us with eggs and will die only of old age. My wife wont let any of them be cooked.

the girls havent started laying yet but ant day, not that they will start laying in full force until the days get longer. they are forageing in the yard, I suplement thiswith lay ration and bread I get from the bread store for a few dollars for half a pickup truck load. on a sad note my big lab Diesel was shot suposedly by a hunter he lived long enough to go through a few hours of surgery . The search is on for his murderer
