Grave Whispers all,
Mourn here-
First let me apologize for my long absence. My life situation didn't allow for the creaitve freedom I needed to move forward for some years. That's an old dead horse rotting in the sun of an issue now thankfully. Had I known what I know now I would have made changes some time ago. Enough of that claptrap.....
I'm back with a vengeance. In my short span of time of freedom from my seemingly near-prison sentence ( lol ) I have done the following :
1 - Archived all of my material dating back 10 years and re-copyrighted it all under one heading with the library of congress, approved and certificate should be in my hands shortly, All legalities RE: my stuff have and now apply for my whole catalog.
2 - I am now a registered ASCAP recording artist. All legalities RE: my stuff have and now apply for my whole catalog.
3 - I have joined the fight to save free net radio from extinction, due to new legislation that will require webcasters to pay enormous fees as opposed to the small fees they now pay. My paranoia regarding current govt. jurisdiction makes me wonder if free, indie mp3 sites such as audiostreet, myspace music, etc. etc will someday come under the gun possibly, though showcasing and fee net radio are two differen things, so maybe I should just calm down on that one. For more information visit : www.savenetradio.com and if you are a U.S. citizen please consider emailing your local congressman - all the tools and links to od so are there. If this legislation is approved - fight to have it appealed!!! Fight again!! and AGAIN!! ********see below for updates********
4 - I have a new bass guitar and guitar to replace what has been stolen. Soon will have back the two other smaller, not vital pieces of equipment now missing. I still have my major equip. including some things I aquired over the years that were some of the key equipment used in all my releases thus far.
5 - I am near my hometown and I am close to my folks half of the time, who in their age and failing health need my help much more now. It's good to be out of the concrete jungle in the city and back where I can breath and see trees everywhere. I also live part time in Stamford CT - which will be the new home of Binary Lich Studios.
6 - Compilation and recording for the 3rd (1st Official) Dark Haiku release is underway! It will be entitled "Binary ParaGraphs". Cover artwork is finished and it's material is already in the hands of the library of congress. "Binary ParaGraphs" will contain one or two songs many of you have heard and all new stuff - both dark ambient and progressive industrial/ Thats right folks! This one is gonna be a little heavier than some of my Dark Ambient fans are used to. I will keep you posted......
Also, I have a small 2 EP's/side projects in the workings which I will leave as a surprise, but i'll tell you this - it's gonna be heavy and the other is a surprise also ..... - nuff said.
7 - I also have an article/bio/profile on me and my project coming up in the very near future on an internet e-zine. -

In near-future I will be seeking additional members for my project. A keyboardist-maybe synth drummer, etc.
I would invite all fans and visitors to email me with coments and questions or just to say hello - I always respond fairly promptly and your communication and support is appreciated.
Cheers all, and please participate in the war to save net radio and from near extinction - the bill awaits approval JULY 15th 2007.********** see below!!!
SAVENETRADIO*****update***** - due to massive commincations from thousands upon thousands of webcasters as well as listeners to thier local congressmen and senators - the legislation has been halted until a much more fair pricing structure, similar to the kind things like xm satelite radio casters pay is reached, rather than the massive, ridiculous rates they previously intended to impose upon net radio casters. Currently there is no legislation date pending now.
So the long and short of it is, this is a positive step in our favor and possibly even more than a stay of execution, However we are not out of the woods yet people. OUR VOICES ARE BEING HEARD BY THOSE IN POWER!!!!!!! TURN UP THE VOLUME AND TELL OTHERS!!!!!!
I FREELY INVITE ANYONE TO CUT AND PASTE THIS AND EMAIL IT TO THIER FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
