i tried very hard to dislike john. after all, i met him at microsoft when he INVADED the first office that was my own. after all, he was a "that kind of biker". after all, he was cooler than me...

i tried. i really tried.

in the end i gave up.

to summarize john would take a book. so consider this a meta-summary. he's the coolest, smartest, cleverest, funniest, most interesting person i know, and a dear friend for life.

so does this mean i can keep the vespa in your garage a "bit" longer???

John is much like a 28-year-old single-malt scotch; smooth, smoky, powerful, and with a terrific attitude.

He is also what I like to think of as a walking intelligence test; smart people like to hang out with him, and he likes to hang out with smart people. I am priviledged to call him a friend.

Plus, he's got a nifty bike.
