Summer

Just finished the TT Level 3 Hadia training, and spent lots of time with my fab pal Kassia.
I also had the opportunity to meet some other fabulous ladies, including Devra and Zehrah, which I hope to spend time with in the future!
The training that Hadia provided was very informative, but I wish we had more time really.
She basically says we need to spend a year with her! No kidding!! Just learning how the body works is not an overnight study, and to examine and experience anatomy and dance with executing technique... again is not an overnight process.
I do look forward in continuing learning.


Classes have been good, and my postpartum weight slowly shedding off.
Fall will be busy, and it's hard juggling family and dance, as many of you can relate!
I feel like a ragdoll on many of day ;)

I have my best pal in, Alana Miller! Her flight from HK was not so bad...a mere 15 hours. Been great having her in all the fast past business here. She gets to see me in action as a soccer coach for my 4 year olds team! What a laugh that is!!!! Bellydance mama, Soccer mama, you name it this mama is!!!

Baby Tri

Hi ya all!

Forest is now 6 weeks old, and I can't tell you where the time has flown!
Here is a photo of him with his proud brothers only one day new, and one of him a few weeks old.
I have been so busy being mommy that I have had hardly time to think of anything else.
My body is completely mush!
I do not fret, as good friend Nerine (Yoga instructor) comments: Forest needs the mush! It is wonderfully soft to lay on, and feels very warm and secure.
So, I guess I can have a chocolate chip cookie and not feel guilty about not loosing weight quickly! LOL

I am back to teaching in May, and Midwife thinks I'm nuts.
Also working on putting together a postnatal class for women with little babes, and working on training as a Childbirth Educator and Doula.
Life is grand, and busy!

Baby is here!

Well, I had my baby, and he is simply wonderful!
Now, to just get my body back to it :)
