On July 8th, a Green Book called «Promoting the learning mobility of young people» was issued by the European Commission. This Green Book, meant to receive recommendations aimed at facilitating student exchanges in the European Union, is based on the report of the High level expert forum on mobility entitled « Making learning mobility an opportunity for all ». Thanks to nowadays' technological headways, we are now able to travel more quickly and more easily and to make light work of big distances. It is also easier to cross most of the borders around the world: in many countries, a simple stamp on a passport and you can enter the teritory. So that it is quite easy to yield to our desire of travel and tourisme.
There are plenty of stories of adventurers who followed Jules Verne's steps and who go around the world, alone or with their families....
