about me
I'm a western Swami traditionally consecrated and a member of the Giri Shivite monastic tradition. You can view more about me at www.swamiji.net.
I was recently elevated to the position and title of Mahamandaleshwar Paramahamsa Swarupananda Vishwa Guru Maharaj Swami-ji by orthodox Hinduism. My role has gotten larger, but the bliss is always wonderful.

I welcome you with great love and great respect.

On March 22, Holi, Holy Saturday, and this Swami's 60th Jayantri occur. There wil be a special Satsang, Darshan, Diksha, and Meditation on that day here in the Hollywood Peeth. Friday, November 9th, 2007 is the Hindu Celebration of Light and the New Year.

It reminds us that we are indeed made of light and that we are a spiritual being having physical experiences. These physical experiences are nothing more than the play of Paramashiva on the screen of himself for his own amusement. Nothing is born, nothing exists that is not God, and nothing dies.

With this understanding, I welcome you with great love and great respect and my highest Blessing.
