I have PTSD style seizures. Its a flashback that comes on and I'm reliving the memory in excruciating details. Yeah, I know how that sounds because I'm far from a war vet, having been a normal college student and now living in normal life. Sheesh.

I can't always stay in a meditative state. I have an unquiet mind but when I stick to it I do. I can sit still if I choose to (unlike those who do not have that choice). I can be in a meditative state when I'm on the computer even.
