German Parliamentarian Demands Explanation
Full English translation of German TV segment: “Suddenly a meteorogical radar registers the presence of a cloud, but it's not clear how did this happen? We can state with 97% certainty that we have on our hands chemical trails (chemtrails), comprised of fine dust containing polymers and metals, used to disrupt radar signals.

Although the Federal Army claims that only small amounts of material were propagated. The military heads claim that the substances used are not harmful.'

“The registers report emissions of chemtrails at low altitudes. In the United States of America there are protest after protest for many years now against these military operations and now people are mobilizing in Germany, as well.

“For example, Johannes Remmel of the Greens: 'It's obvious that enormous regions are being polluted with clandestine actions, but all of this has to be made public. The government must provide explanations to the unsuspecting population.'

William Thomas comments: Since "contrails" spread in skies known to be too warm and dry to support lingering condensation trails no longer works as an effective cover for chemtrails, the US and German militaries have fallen back on "chaff" as the new official spin for skies obscured by their aircraft.

As the Idaho Observer noted last year: "Last May a family in Iowa contacted the office of Senator Tom Harkin to report the constant criss-crossing of 'chemtrails' in the sky above their neighborhood. They received back from the senator's office a General Accounting Office report on 'military chaff' and the material safety data sheet for aluminum-coated fiberglass fibers being spread-seven days a week for several hours each day-in the skies above their home. The obvious question is: If military aircraft are saturating the skies over Germany, the United States, and more than a dozen other countries with day-and-night drops of radar-jamming chaff - how can commercial airliners be safely guided through crowded skies with radars cluttered by false returns? And why is this radar-jamming "exercise" ongoing for at least the past eight years?

At least these NATO governments are admitting they are spraying the skies with artificial cloud cover. But they're going to have to come up with a more plausible yarn than "chaff".
