cannabis juice (blog entry) Went to Ulen for a street dance last night. A friend introduced me to a guy that likes the ganja. He had a gatorade bottle that he had filled with "hash juice". He let me have a couple swigs. Strong stuff. I ended up taking a nap in my pickup... read more

Mushrooms growing in my compost bin (blog entry) I've got a few mushrooms that have sprung up in my compost bin. The composting material is horse manure with wheat straw. If anyone thinks they would be able to identify these as edible, toxic, etc., let me know and I'll post some pictures.

I canned applesauce for the first time ever. Pretty easy to do and it tastes great. Carrots will be canned shortly. My tomatos are not even close to ripening yet due to the unusually cold summer we've had this year. At least I've got a wide variety of plants so there's always something to do in the garden. Broccoli is looking awesome.

Went to Ulen for a street dance last night. A friend introduced me to a guy that likes the ganja. He had a gatorade bottle that he had filled with "hash juice". He let me have a couple swigs. Strong stuff. I ended up taking a nap in my pickup shortly after sampling this stuff. He said he made it with a male indica. It was good to find another person that has similar interests in this part of the country. I'll be looking for a recipe to try this someday.
