I mean spinning in a circle, like when you were a kid and you would twirl until you were dizzy and fell down. Like that only more gracefull. =)

The only time I have experienced nausea while hooping is after some sustained spinning. Hope this problem fades for you.

Thanks Tina! Sharna told me it was not the way she did it either, but it was hard enough figuring it out the way I do it, so I think I'll stick with it this way for a while. =)
