Anarchy does not, by definition, lead to chaos. Those who subscribe to that myth imply by their belief that they themselves would be chaotic without supervision. They tend to deny that, however, instead claiming that "they" (the others, the BAAAD others) would become chaotic; the believers, of course, would be above such behavior.
