Leng Sablada in the Philppines... requires transfusions every 3 to 4 months to stay alive (and other meds during the whole year). She has aplastic anemia... She's a for-real soulful and caring, even heroic person, who did me many favors there even if at risk to herself. (Long story) In any case, I've been caring for her for years, and my income is low... so far.. and draining from my own healthcare needs as well as hers..
