OK I met Tick at Hornings when he and Elise coached me out of delirium...ahem! One of the original Freeks, he is a great guy always good to laugh and hang with. The lynchpin of the Hood River Posse, he's always smilin'. Jesus, he's always smiling, what's wrong with this guy? Other than the fact that he is afraid to ski with me, and the fact that him and Papabear form the "kareem abdul Jabbar twins" (don't stand behind him at a show, he can't help it that he's tall) he is generous and kind. Tick is a friend for life and I always enjoy his company. Cheers to Tick and his positive energy!

I have known my brother all my lifetimes....just ask him! Hee hee...You can't ask for a more awesome friend and partner in crime, he has saved my life and shown me the light too many times to count, and for that I thank him. Thanks Bro!!! He takes the bad stuff away and gives good warm vibes back...he shows you the light in really strange places if you look, hugs like a pro, grins like a fool, is basically bizare and is

I have known Tick since 1982. The halloween of our first date he was dressed as an orgasm and I was dressed like a sprig of asparagus with a sign that said, "Have you eaten your vegetables today?"

After that, for our dates we would go dance up close and personal to Robert Cray (like three feet away) and a long gone cover band called the Heartless Dodgers. Our daughter heard Steve Miller a month before she was born and saw the Grateful Dead at least twice before Jerry died. He knows how to get a groove on and has shared that with our kids at Hornings jamming to New Monsoon and the String Cheese Incident (among other bands.)

He saved me from hypothermia after scuba diving. Skin on skin.

He recently proved that even big guys can hula hoop.

He gives heartfelt hugs and is my personal chiropractor.

I love Tick
