Been a long time since i was on here! My tendonitis is gone and i am no loger going to a million gzillion classes during the week ontop of yoga teacher training and a job. I know better than to do that again. There were so many great classes here ...

Its so cool to see the great color contrasts, the sheik jewelery and makeup on the powerful women dancing together. No ego, no competitive spirit. I like how i can feel a unified power even if its through video. And i crave to develop this...

I am finally going to become a member with yogatlantic and finally get punkrockyoga certified! all this has taken too long! but now i have control over my time!
this is a year for success and prosperity and i wish everyone to have much of both!
