Dragon Boat Races 2010
I just got back from the Long Beach Marina where I was watching the largest United States Dragon Boat races. Teams from around the globe with diversites from Breast Cancer Survivors, Sight impared to High schools and corporations compete. This is just a very fun two day event. My dog even became a unoffical mascot for two of the High School teams. I'll be going back tomorrow to wathc the closing ceremonies

Canoe Season is almost over
As I prepare for the Semi Finals of the Canoe Races this year, I'm amazed at how fast July goes by. It seems like just yesterday I was preping the supplies and getting the Captains meeting orgainized. Tomorrow I rise at 2am to set up for the top 8 teams of each of the three divisions to clock thier best times to see who moves onto the sprint races and the grand final races. Summer 2010
I can't believe it's the middle of July...ALREADY! Summer for me consists of going to bed at 7pm and rising at 2am. I coordinate a 5 week long Canoe Race inside Disneyland for the employees. I've been doing this for 10 years now. My summers are fun, but I don't much besides sleep and canoe. Can you canoe?

I'm back
Hello world. It's been a tough year. Started out last Janaury when my house was broken into and all my electronics were stolen, then my dad passed away then someone hit my car. All in about 3 months. But you just pick up the pieces and move on. while I'm waiting for my savings to increase so I can buy the MAC of my dreams, I'm on a friends computer. Nice that he has a spare.
