A huge force of law enforcement shot off pepper spray and rubber bullets at a suspect they arrested in Kids Village during the dinner circle on July 3, 2008 at the Wyoming Family Gathering, nearly starting a riot, death, injury and fire interrupting our peaceful family and spiritual diner time together. These officer deserve to be called on these issues and accountable for their disrespect and violations of human, animal and plant life and the rights and intent of the law to protect the masses and not cause chaos. I need a personal shopper or costume maker. I love my all over tan and being nude; but also enjoy dressing up and in themed costumes at events and gatherings. Not into making clothes and... It is very difficult for males to find or buy Playa, Burner, Seasonal, Santa Rampage, Leather, Fetish, Sexy or Cool Funny Costumes and Clothes to wear at events such as "Burningman 08" August 25-September 1, 2008, when not in the buff. I’ve got an easy size body to fit and most peep outfits are oversized anyways. Willing to buy, pay or trade. Till I fine help. I'll keep trying the thrift stores and continue wearing my best tan. My 1st Rainbow Gathering

The 37th Annual Rainbow Family Gathering of the Tribes Big Sandy, Wyoming July 1-6, 2008 I was at my 1st Annual National Rainbow Gathering in Wyoming at "Big Sandy" which is south /southeast of Pinedale, near Boulder Lake, Wyoming. In the Bridger-Teton National Forest, with mountain snow peaks not far away and above us. A different kind of fun than Burningman or other Camping, Festival, Drum Circle, Event or Gathering with some overlapping Community Members attending. I represented the Beach and Nudist Tribes well and everyone called me Beach, naturally. LOL. I joined the Theme Camp called Las Vegas Lounge; 678 miles northeast of Las Vegas up the wooded hillside above the trail to the Main Gathering Circle and the “Big Sandy River”. Not wanting to drive to the Gathering alone, but for some reason it seemed I needed to do so this time. I left Vegas early and arrived at 6: PM after driving through rain and muddy roads the last 3 hours to get to the remote location. It was getting dark so I camped near my car the 1st night with others waiting to hike up and down the hills from the middle gate parking area to the find the Gatherings primitive, full pack, hard core, high altitude, pack it in-pack it out camping areas. There were a number of modest to hard hillside trails ranging from 2-1/2-3 miles each way with trails crisscrossing. I could tell you about the welcomed home family members, the huge force of cops who nearly started a riot, the beautiful landscape, mountains and river rapids, the amazing 4 hours I drummed and danced nude at Center Pole on the 4th of July Gathering with at least 10,000 others including all my Las Vegas Drum Circle new and old Friends or the wonderful fresh homemade food served free throughout the day with love and a smile. The rest of the story is the reason I needed to drive to my first Rainbow Gathering alone. The next morning full pack strapped to my back as I hike up the trail about half way to the Vegas Lounge and looked up to see my Las Vegas Drum Circle friends Bill and Scott coming down the trail. It turned out that Bill was feeling ill and leaving for the bus station home. I ditched my gear in the woods hiked back to my car and gave Bill my car to drive home instead of having to drive him to Rock Springs, WY a 100 miles to the bus station. I finish the Rainbow Gathering and rode home in Scott car in place of Bill. He got home fine and is feeling much better now. X’s, BJ “Life’s A Rainbow Beach”

We'll have it relaunched in July. I have a deployment schedule that is fairly ambitious, and we are nailing that down right now. It's going to basically look the same, but there will be a lot of improvements that will make the site faster and far more stable. It will also have all of the old data that isn't complete cruft, such as your friends that have been active in the past two years, your blogs, your tribes and tribe posts... everything. I will probably release a press release in the near future (say this week?) about this. This will detail the Roadmap towards the release date, and then you'll see when you'll be able to try out the beta of the new site. We have already picked people to be the alpha testers. There are some pretty big names associated with this press release, and it's been about 4 months in the making. In the meantime, make sure everyone that wants to keep their tribe.net account logs in! Tell your friends about this and tell them you heard it first because you're a Gold Star member, please. It's because of you folks that we can afford to make this change, which is a lot cheaper than maintaining the old system.

All final decisions regarding fire will be up to them. • Fire performers will be allowed i/e: poi staffs breathers and all other hand held fire performance toys. • Small propane flame effects; ie hand held puffers and small lpg flame effects with neither having a vertical flame length exceeding 10ft unless pre approved will be allowed. • Fire barrels; fire barrels will be provided and maintained by event staff and will be in community areas. • No personal burn barrels and fireplaces unless pre-approved in advance of the event. • All generators used will be required to have an abc fire extinguisher and a pointed shovel within 20 ft at all times. • Tentative fire times will be between 7pm and sunrise. Fire times will be subject to blackout in case of winds sustained in excess of 12 mph. • All fire artists and participants must check in with DSFS. DSFS has the final say when it comes to fire of any kind. • Smoking is to be conducted on developed and groomed areas only, no smoking is allowed in the vegetated areas of the event site. Leave no trace; never let it hit the ground. • Fireworks of any kind are illegal and banned 100% at this event. • All fire activities will be restricted to fire performance areas and then only at pre approved times. We will clearly mark these areas on site. Important fire information; All fire activities may be banned in the case of a regional “red flag alert”. A red flag alert occurs when high winds regionally create a situation whereby all fire activities are banned. This is not the same as the high fire season ban which runs April 15 – Nov 15 and for which we are applying for variances too for this event. This is also NOT the same situation we had last time where CCFD “stuck it to us” at the last minute and bummed a lot of people out. Our hosts want to see fire at this event. But we have to play by their rules. Lets hope for low winds on the weekend of the event! VOLUNTEER! The heart of any regional event is the volunteers, and we love our volunteers! Paying It Forward Healing Energy Called Upon

Dear Friends, Always a magical or energetic gathering place the Waterford House. After seconds at the buffet and about to return to my patio seat. I was stopped by a wall of energy to “Pay It Forward” ( For my recent healing) when I encountered a healing going on near the dinner room, such as Reiki, just after a live performance of Coyote Grace which in it's self was very moving and groovy. BAM! I extended my fingers to let out my healing energy and appreciation to the two sisters who tended this man’s spine. Soon I was shaken and felt a wave of air move and swirl betweens one practitioner sand myself to the point I could see air currents and caught her eye and we nodded and let go as I drained and he received the sisters magnitude . Later one of these mystery ladies approached , thanked and hug me. I guess sometime even this beach hits a big unexpected wave to Pay It Forward! XO's, BJ (Beach)

Hug & Cuddle Energy

XXXXXXX's My Friends, While I choose to pass on this weeks "The Cuddle Party" in Las Vegas. I do believe in the power of touch found in hugs and cuddles. It sure feels good hugging someone who hugs you back, embracing each other, receiving and exchanging pure energy, pushing up a smile on each others face and ahhhhhhhh. Hugs make you feel loved and cuddling makes you feel appreciated. Kisses are good too! But that's another type of raised energy. LOL. One of the great things about our over lapping friendships and communities is that "The Hug" has replace the right hand shake. There is less distance between people, energy and spirits embraced in greeting and departure hugs. At whatever level you meet another ; Hugs are great! They can stop us, slow us down, equalize us, bring us closer to other people and exchange good healing energy and emotions. Amazing Quality “That’s What I Like About You” Dear Friends and Acquaints, Friday March 28, 2008, I saw Doctor aka Doogie Houser for my second surgical opinion on the two deteriorating disc and large bone fragment in my lower back. After much time of looking at my MRI film and comparing it to my upright statue, the lessoning of pain and drugs and my overall improved physical abilities since the flare ups that landed me in the hospital twice last winter. It is determined that these signs indicate that my spine may be mending and regenerating on it’s own, realigning and stabilizing the disc back in place and already on the road to rehealing my spine. As a side bonus of your healing energy given to me; in time the fragment with disengage and disappear. It was also determined by #2 Doc that #1 Doc procedure was the best procedure plan and surgeon to perform surgery should I need to repair this problem. Only Doctor Doogie Houser using the Marcus Wellby approach, would recommend someone other than himself. The best and the brightest are committed to amazing quality which is why your good energy was received, magnified and translated into “Healing underway“. The plan now is to continue my community gatherings, holistic program, mmj, drumming, light exercise, massive amount of mutual energy, sunshine, water and my favorite nude beach hangout of course. The sign of success will be a continued decrease in pain and need for pain meds over time. Thanks to everyone for the kind words, offers and well wishes. XO's @}--}}------- I should be OK with help loading and unloading. As some of you may of noticed being a nudist I live light and only have a few big bulky or heavy furniture items so my only concern is getting them to the new apartment the rest I can move myself in my grocery go getter (car) if necessary. I figure only two loads in the rental truck the 1st leaving my old apartment 6500Vegas Dr Blg 30 #1119 at 11:AM. By 1:PM I hope to be done, so people can enjoy the rest of Superbowl Sunday elsewhere. You're welcome to come by if you wish, to help, hug or just enjoy my Pre Superbowl Snacks. (Dam Frenchman always have to include food) But worry not if you can not make it, I should have plenty of help available. Fear Not! You Are My Rock.

As you can imagine besides making household adjustments, I am trying to line up support if needed. I have better than most insurance and I have had extensive training in nursing and chronic pain including holistic treatments and talk therapy. Ya da, Ya da. By and large unless necessary I will go through the surgery, recovery and therapy alone. I have very little family alive most living thousands of miles away under snow and cold. The one’s that would come and help are old, ill and unable, while others would never lift a finger to help another. Some of my “Ice Back” (Canadian) family got stuck in the migratory snows of Detroit and never made it out alive, or embraced a Detroit Hustler Jive lifestyle rejecting our French Bloodline of culture and service to community and our new Country. I choose to be an activist and serve politically for 40 years, as my contribution back to American. I have been blessed to have had thousands of friends and acquaintances in my well traveled, political, military, medical, business, naturist, musical, spiritual journey and life. Pre Surgery Move

Do to my upcoming surgery It was important that I make some changes in my living space. My large one bedroom “life’s a beach” apartment is being expanded to a two bedroom two bath bigger beach oasis located in a different complex a mile down d road. Moving Superbowl Sunday and/or Monday. On February 15, 2008 I’ll be undergoing more back and spinal surgery. Seven and half years ago I had my first lamendectomy back disk repair. Now the same disk and another are completely gone, plus I have a large fragment pinching on nerves, affecting my left side. The plan is to give me bionic cloned parts. Opps! Wrong plan. LOL. OK Really: The doctor’s plan: Is to replace two old disk between the joints with artificial disk made out of polymer. (which makes poly people more poly appealing) Then remove the broken bone fragment (suitable for casting spells and soup) do an overnighter at UMC, then home and months of therapy. I plan to continue my community and tribal activism but more from my computer than on site. Of coarse I well apply my “Be all you can be” attitude to my recovery and getting back to my former drumming, burning and beachy lifestyle. I love my Las Vegas extended family. Soon to retire millions "The Boomers" have the numbers, money and soon time to effect the greatest political change the world has ever seen...The caught is...They have to take the time to register and vote, and entrenched politicians have their voters line up knowing Most American's Don't Vote. New Years Eve Drumming on the Las Vegas Strip

On Flamingo under the Bellagio and Flamingo walkway below Caesars escalator street side about 10 of Las Vegas finest drummers and musicians gathered to drum in the New Year off the Las Vegas Strip. People danced and cheered on others and hot young adults put on a pretty good show and all had a great time, I’m sure. LOL Dancing to the roar and rhythm of the drum. The crowds got so huge and close that a number of times we had to stop playing and/or move partiers back. A few people nearly fell on us and the drum sets; But the band played on. To rock and ring in the New Year to cheering crowds and good energy. What a great ending to my virgin drum circle year. Bless all my teachers and new friends, X's, BJ

A simple cough can disable

Dear Friends, As you may know I have been battling a slipped back disc since the end of Burningman 2007. I was doing really good in my recovery, getting back to normal. Tuesday I even had lunch with a bunch of burner friends and felt a lot better. A simple cough Wednesday morning caused a muscle spasm that through my low back/left hip out and dislocated again. I ended back in the hospital emergency room till 1:AM Thursday returning home unable to walk more than a few feet at a time a in extreme pain. (That’s what I get for being all I could be.) After a couple days of muscle relaxants and pain pills it appears I will not be able to attend Veggie Stock, unless things improve suddenly. I am very disappointed that I will not be able to meet and burn with old and new friends at Veggie Stock. X’s, BJ (Beach)
